Sec. 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hans-Peter Beck - OtterIT (hereinafter "Provider") through the website https://otterwallet.com.
Sec. 2 Description of services
The Provider enables the creation of digital wallet passes for Apple Wallet (.pkpass files) and Google Wallet. The user enters data (title, description, barcode content), which is converted into a wallet pass and made available for download or addition to the wallet.
Sec. 3 Prices
The creation of a wallet pass costs the respective displayed price (e.g. EUR 0.10). Payment can be made in various currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF). The final price is displayed before completing the purchase.
Sec. 4 Payment
Payment is processed via Paddle (Paddle International Limited), acting as Merchant of Record. The pass is only generated after successful payment.
Sec. 5 Delivery
Delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment as a digital download. The pass must be downloaded or added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet immediately.
Sec. 6 Liability
The Provider is not liable for the functionality of created passes on specific devices or operating system versions. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Sec. 7 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
